Sellers have the option to pull orders after the one-hour remorse period is ended, ensuring that orders are not shipped before they are edited or cancelled by the customer.
TIDE can automatically process orders differently based in fulfilment type, shipping type, or any other criteria. Automated order management minimises the manual work required and helping you to increase your Order Volume Limits
When a refund is approved in TikTok Shop, TIDE will create a credit note or free credit note in your order management system.
If a product is returned, this can be automatically returned to stock in your order management system.
Both partial and full refunds are supported.
TIDE keeps stock levels in TikTok Shop up to date. Stock levels affected by purchases, transfers, returns, or by orders from your other sales channels can be automatically synced to TikTok Shop, eliminating the risk of overselling and helping you to maintain a high Shop Experience Status.
TIDE’s inventory process can sync stock in three configurations:

Provided that corresponding stock locations have matching names/IDs, TIDE can automatically sync stock between these locations on a single integration
TIDE supports Fulfilled-by-TikTok, 3PL, and 4PL fulfilment types by giving sellers the option to send order status updates both to and from TikTok Shop.
When Shipped by Seller (3PL), TIDE updates TikTok with tracking numbers and changes of shipping status with data from your order management software.
When Shipped by Platform (FBT, 4PL), TIDE will pull tracking infor and status from TikTok Seller Central and update your order management system.
Once a order is shipped, integrated platforms are updated automatically, saving the seller time and resources in their order management.
