Lightspeed as ERP

Lightspeed Retail can act as the centre of your business, providing a hub for managing all orders and stock.

Integrated orders placed in Lightspeed can be assigned to any stock location and cashier, and also given a unique status.

TIDE will also sync full and partial refunds made in external platforms with Lightspeed, ensuring stock is reallocated and costs are balanced.

Lightspeed as a Sales Channel

One may also use Lightspeed Retail as another sales channel, instead syncing orders to an external ERP or inventory manager.

TIDE can automate order management based on which register placed the order, the SKUs it contains, and much more.

Full and partial refunds can also be retrieved from Lightspeed by TIDE, and kept in sync with your integrated platforms.

Without real-time inventory synchronisation, inaccurate stock levels across your selling platforms can put you at risk of overselling stock or customers being unable to purchase items you have available.

Stock levels change all the time: when stock is allocated by a new order, a purchase order is checked-in, or you’ve just performed a stock take. It is crucial that stock levels are kept up-to-date, in sync, and quickly.

With TIDE, stock only needs updating one time. Changes to available quantity in your designated inventory management solution (IMS) will automatically be kept in sync across all connected platforms. Lightspeed Retail can either be used as the stock master, or pull stock levels from an integrated IMS.

TIDE provides you with multilocation inventory support. Different Lightspeed outlets can be updated by different warehouses from your IMS.

So, no matter where your customers shop with you, they’ll always see the most accurate stock levels.

Adding and updating products just became much more straightforward. Products need only be created once; TIDE will keep them in sync across all platforms.

TIDE supports simple products, assembled products, and variant products, and can even sync variants to platforms with no variant support!

Product details such as price, description, tags, and measurements, can also be synced to integrated platforms. TIDE offers granularity in what fields are synced, allowing you to tailor the integration to your business needs.
