The TIDEConnects product process ensures that Opsuite users take create and maintain products in any of the connected eCommerce platforms.
TIDEConnects has been developed to create a platform called OpSuite Fusion, which provides connectivity between OpSuite Retail Operations Software and a range of eCommerce, Marketplace and Accounting Systems.
TIDEConnects receives inventory callbacks from Opsuite and updates stock levels in connected systems in real-time. TIDEConnects can process 1000’s of updates in very short order, ensuring that connected systems are up-to-date and no over or underselling occurs.
Any sale made in any system that is connected to Opsuite via TIDEConnects is written against a dedicated web sales till. This allows for full reporting and comprehensive analysis of your overall business performance.
A separate process also creates a fulfilment request, ensuring that stock sold online is allocated to the correct location for fulfilment and stock levels are accurately updated.
Online returns are also picked up and sales records and stock levels updated in Opsuite.
